Cancellation Policy

Full refund for any cancellation made more than 24 hours before the appointment.

No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

If Touch of Thailand cancels an appointment, the client receives a full refund (100%) or rescheduling, their choice.

This policy is configurable via commercial settings and may be updated.
