The data controller is Muse By Metisha S.R.L. (Romanian company registration CUI 53048271, registered office at Șos. Chitilei nr. 242E, Sector 1, Bucharest), which operates the Touch of Thailand brand.
We only collect the data necessary to make a booking: name, email, phone and booking details. Payment is made directly at the salon, not online — we do not collect or process card details through this site.
Who we share data with
We don't sell or rent your data. We share it only with the providers strictly necessary for this site and the booking system to work. They act as processors (sub-processors) handling data on our behalf:
- The salon's booking system (hosted on Railway) — stores appointments and the contact details tied to them.
- MongoDB Atlas — the database where the booking system keeps this information.
- Brevo — sends transactional emails (booking confirmations, password resets).
- Sentry — technical error monitoring, so we can catch and fix problems with the site.
- Vercel — hosts this website (touchofthailand.ro).
Therapists only access the information needed to deliver the service (service, time, relevant notes) — never full payment details.
You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time by writing to our contact email.
